The fully stocked kitchen is absolutely gorgeous with granite countertops and tends to all and any cooking needs you may have. The Beachy and bright living room offers a wonderful space to truly cherish time with your loved ones by playing a game, watching TV, or just being together! On the first floor, the first bedroom has a beautiful king-size bed with an amazing beachy feel to it, along with access to a private, pool-facing balcony. Mellow Yellow is a non-smoking property and no pets are permitted. You must be 25 years of age or older to reserve this property. Monthly rental rates are available November 1st - March 1st.
