At Lucky Bird Vacations, we know that our job is to act on your behalf,
the owner/investor, to maximize your net operating income by collecting
rents timely, locating well matched prospective tenants quickly, booking your
property with high end guests, and offering professional maintenance
services.
We offer a one-of-a-kind service to our investors/owners. Our
commission split, 20%, is based on owner needs established during review
of management contract. There is no signing fee for owners or investors and
no added fees after signing. Open communication is key, we are available 7
days a week for any questions or needs our owners have.
