By booking a reservation with Lucky Bird Vacations, guests agree to the following policies and property rules.
Reservations & Payments
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking for reservations made more than 30 days before arrival. The remaining balance will be automatically charged 30 days prior to arrival using the payment method on file.
Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel within 24 hours of booking without penalty.
Reservations canceled more than 30 days before arrival may be subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable. Reservation dates may not be changed or rescheduled within 30 days of arrival.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Minimum Age Requirement
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and must remain on the property for the duration of the reservation.
Valid government-issued identification may be requested at any time.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
All personal belongings must be removed from the property by 10:00 AM. Access codes may be deactivated at check-out time.
Occupancy & Registered Guests
Occupancy may not exceed the maximum number of guests listed for the property.
Only registered guests included on the reservation are permitted on the property unless prior approval has been granted.
Events & Parties
Parties, events, and large gatherings are prohibited unless approved in writing by Lucky Bird Vacations.
Unauthorized events may result in immediate eviction without refund.
Pet Policy
Pets are not permitted.
ADA-recognized service animals are welcome.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited inside all properties.
Guests may smoke outdoors only and must properly dispose of cigarette butts. Evidence of smoking inside the property may result in a minimum $250 cleaning fee and additional remediation charges.
Noise Policy
Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM in accordance with Gulf Shores city ordinances.
Excessive noise may result in warnings, eviction from the property, and forfeiture of rental payments.
Pool Rules
Children under the age of 14 must be supervised by an adult.
No glass containers are permitted in the pool area.
No food is allowed in the pool.
Failure to follow pool rules may result in removal from the pool area or eviction from the property without refund.
Property Damage
Guests are responsible for any damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, or violations of property rules.
Accidental damages should be reported immediately. Additional charges may apply when necessary.
Illegal Activity
Illegal activity of any kind is strictly prohibited.
The use, possession, distribution, or consumption of illegal drugs or marijuana may result in immediate eviction without refund and additional cleaning or damage charges.
Parking
Parking is reserved for registered guests only. Vehicles must comply with all posted parking regulations.
Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the owner’s expense.
Weather & Hurricanes
No refunds are provided for weather-related conditions, including rain, tropical storms, hurricanes, or unfavorable forecasts.
If a mandatory government evacuation order is issued during your stay, guests may receive a prorated refund for unused nights or a future reservation credit. As always, we encourage every guest to obtain travel insurance after making reservation.
Right to Refuse Service
Lucky Bird Vacations reserves the right to terminate occupancy without refund for violations of these policies, illegal activity, unauthorized events, excessive noise, occupancy violations, or behavior that creates unsafe conditions for guests, neighbors, or staff.
